In the long run, the U.S. Bitcoin Reserve Fund will push other countries to accumulate BTC.  

Ryan Rasmussen, Director of Research at Bitwise, believes that the ultimate goal was never for the U.S. government to buy all the Bitcoin. The newly established Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Fund will drive:  

- Other nations to consider purchasing Bitcoin to avoid falling behind  
- Asset management firms to no longer hesitate  
- Banks and financial institutions to acknowledge Bitcoin  
- Pension funds to get involved  
- No more concerns about the U.S. government selling Bitcoin  
- The possibility of the U.S. acquiring more Bitcoin  
- Increased likelihood of U.S. states buying Bitcoin  
- Zero chance of the government banning Bitcoin
