This is a shot generated by this LCD module with my finger behind it moving relative to the lens of the iPhone - that is also moving. The image is then stitched together as if some normal person was taking a shot. 

Note - this is taken through the LCD but the metallic face and the flexible PCB behind the LCD both influence the output.
