Im a token minimalist

I believe that most app level protocols shouldn't have tokens

And those that NEED tokens should have simple, practical tokenomics

When I say simple tokenomics I mean app level protocols should decide

- who should pay to participate in the system (take token)
- who should be paid to participate in the system (pay token)
- who needs to be kept honest (stake)

Overly convoluted ponzinomics push bad incentives. Bad incentives ruin systems.

Thoughts on vesting? Lot of rewards available for early builders but that definitely also doesn’t help the tokenomics.

Contracts need to also be audited properly. 1 too many times (LOOKS, OP) there are errors messing with those vesting times and amounts.

Team/investor vesting schedules should generally be longer than the current norm

4 year vest, 1 year cliff makes more sense than the sub 2 year vests that we've seen from some DeFi protocols
