Also but having read both popular Oppenheimer biographies, and other related books (not a flex, just a topic I’m interested in) I think this was an unusually accurate bio pic that also managed to avoid normal traps of bio movies. You could debate the politics but it kept it reasonably nuanced which I think it was.

Agreed. I felt like the first half of the movie was a 6 and the second half a 9. That’s when I knew I was watching a Nolan film
