I love the works of Olafur Eliasson, in which he plays with light, shadow, reflection and diffusion.

For anyone interested in art with light as a medium, there is an interesting PBS documentary about artists who have worked with light as an inspiration and medium. 

I believe there is also a Netflix documentary about him.
