I want to keep the channel clean for News/Rules/Updates, so they are easy to find. I also want to have discussions about Open Source and Builders. 

I don't want it to be filled with frames of Builders that were recently Scouted, I believe the Main feed is best for that.

You can claim as a Scout by selecting the Win tab, right next to the Build Tab on this screen. 

Builders are curated and you need to have at least one PR per week over the last few weeks to get approved. If you meet that requirement, DM me your github username and I'll check it out.
