Looks like the number of both scouts and developers has dropped a lot in the past few weeks. Or is it just me? Do you have any plans to boost activity?

one thing we've learned is that the later part of the season is less exciting, as users are less incentives to scout developers late in the season since the reward is limited. We are working on a weekly game mode that we think will help a lot.

Sure it will do the work… but also early and loyal users should be more valuable. I hope you can keep the balance between those.
