My power went out this week one day. Assumed it was some developing nation thing, eventually at the end of the day realized I was the only house on the block w/o electric. I called the electric company and nope, someone just configured something wrong & they resored it in 10m.

The good thing was I tested all my redundency (internet and power) and it didn't effect my workday at all.
