What is an accurate number for the theoretical max transactions per second for Base?

Block gas limit 180,000,000. Simple tx is 21,000 gas. 8571 tx’s per block. 2 seconds blocks so, half that per second — 4260ish??? Don’t quote me on it though. How does that sound @jessepollak ?
