Scout Game Scoring Update:

For game balancing and responding to feedback, we have made the following 2 changes:

- "First Commits" PRs will be reduced from 100 gems to 20 gems. However you can now receive more than one per week. The "First Commit" is trigger the first time you contribute to a repository.

- Your first PR of the day, per repo, will be worth 10 gems regardless of whether it was reviewed or not. Subsequent unreviewed PRs for the day will still be worth 2 gems. This change better supports the independent developer doing high impact open source work.
