Super interesting. I'm surprised this need shareholder approval. Must a be a big number & or a divided board.

I *think* the board is recommending not to do this due to the volatility of price.

Its an interesting vote - more like a vote on assessment of whether microsoft should consider investing 1%  tresury in btc. 

The interesting thing is it has blackroack and few institutions as top shareholders who are deep into btc etfs. however, historically they haven't voted against the board recommended resolution.
