If you journal daily, what is the single highest impact thing you journal about? ie gratefulness or top 3 priorities, etc

Whatever is on my mind. It’s a way to prevent looping through the same thing. Whatever I need to say, tell myself, can’t “see” but I know it’s in my head I just do it. Underlying is that I have to see myself in a positive and loving way else it can become a dark doom loop.

what is alive in my present awareness, then the knots / things I’m avoiding as I lean into that Gratitude also a top one (alleviates anxiety and increases humility and presence)

i tend to journal mantras and frameworks. i train my brain to a few compartments. then while i am out walking i can work on stuff without staring at a screen. i find that writing lists is really helpful. even just as a ritual
