One thing about living in a developing nation is that it’s hard, expensive and time consuming to get stuff. I ordered an iPhone on the first day and it still hasn’t arrived. I had to send it to a forwarding service in Miami, it arrived. Last week was a national holiday in Honduras and even shipping and imports had the week off. When it arrives this week I have to pay an additional $80 technology tax and… I’ll be in Colombia this week so I probably won’t get it until next week.

That’s such a hassle for something that should be simple fr. All the delays and extra costs must be frustrating if it eas a struggling person it would be hard to pay up the fees like the tax mehn. Hopefully, your iPhone arrives without any more issues,😅! Are you planning anything special for your time in Colombia just curious?

I totally understand you. I ordered an ENS keychain from @broke and waited over a month for it to arrive from the Netherlands lol

Which new model did you get? I got the 16 Pro, but since Apple intelligence isn’t rolling out just yet, not missing too much But I totally get the sentiment here, the instant gratification of the US is something I don’t think of often
