How will those be judged if there’s less clear metrics? Should I submit Good Bread by Greg because I’m proud of it from a vibes and tech perspective or not worthwhile because low onchain metrics?

I think you should apply because you are proud. At the very least you get an OP attestation for the project which they will use for things like measuring impact people have as a whole on the ecosystem and it’s proof of work for other things you may want to do in the Superchain ecosystem with it later.
