Idea: Member proposes, voter votes no, reason is obligatory and an extra field for the maximum he is willing to pay for that proposal once he is voting no for that deal. Proposer can accept the deal to revert that vote and the proposed transaction changes for the smaller offer of the votes he is reverting or accept defeat. May be I missed something, dont judge the brainstorm eheheh
