When you do this, do you use double the amount of coffee than you would for hot coffee? Going to try and make one of these today.

No, I actually keep the ratio of coffee to water + ice the same as for pourover. I do grind a tiny bit finer. I find about 35-40% ice results in a cold final product with almost all the ice melted; you can then add ice or keep in a thermos if you want it to stay cold.
