best part about working within walking distance is bumping into my friends (and their dogs!!) on the way to the office in the morning

actually this is the best part of living in venice

I lived in the East Village and had an office in the East Village for a few years and it really is the best. Added bonus is you get to double down on your interactions with all the local shopkeepers, hospitality workers, etc etc.
