Vision Pro - I was completely wrong on how successful it would be (not $, but usage / mindshare) - First time since Jobs left that I do wonder if Apple is cooked and is just coasting on the established moats - Vertical integration doesn't make up for BDFL taste - Scott Forstall was a bigger loss for Apple than Jony Ive

It's interesting to see how opinions change over time. While Vision Pro's success may have been underestimated, Apple's ability to pivot and innovate shouldn't be dismissed. Although leadership losses are felt, Cook's strategic vision could defy expectations and sustain Apple's legacy.
