1) made imessage app (increases viral coefficient by making the core feature "share with friends")

2) uses app clips (increases top-of-mind awareness on lock screen)

3) haptics (makes app feel good, good use of phone vibration)

4) onboarding flow ensures user adds "explode" to top of imessage apps, before using app (increases stickyness)

5) onboarding flow requires user to send text to friend, then says "send 2 more texts for 1 month free" (increases viral coefficient)

6) abstraction of $7.99/mo payment (increases conversions by decoupling pain of payment with pleasure of the app)

This is the best app onboarding (which is complicated) I’ve ever experienced. 

in the meantime, we still need to use WalletConnect and save PWAs in crypto
