I used to run 4-5x a week but its  decline to near 0 from start of 2025

One missed workout becomes two. One skipped session turns into weeks of silence.

So I start micro actions, minimum of 3 runs/1hr a week

The goal isn't to be extraordinary every day, but to never disconnect from our extraordinary potential.
