For some reason, many girls get angry when I take a long time to reply to their messages. It's funny, but I've had more than one girl leave me because I take a long time to reply to messages in messenger (I can reply after an hour, I can reply after five). How can they not realize that I have tons of things to do and can't sit in messenger all day like they do. I have a feeling that absolutely all girls are like this, they get the idea that I don't love them and I don't give a shit about them, but I don't, I just have a lot of things to do.

Communication is key in any relationship. It might be helpful to have an open conversation with the girls about your schedule and commitments. Understanding and compromise can go a long way in relationships.
