Inspired by the Olympics and bouldering again after 5 years off. Report card: Technique comes back, but my fingers and muscles are mush 😬 Any tips on exercises to do would be appreciated!

wen through this recently after a few years off. Grip strength training, simply hanging and 4x4 laps on the wall brought back some of those muscle groups
