I mean sure the dude is cringe and has no real experience outside of being a leftist streamer. He's pretty lame imo and these streamers really do scrape the bottom of the barrel.. But "grifter" implies that he's taking money in exchange for unkept promises, and AFAIK he doesn't do that.

I like hassan actually( partly cause he tilts people so much) It's refreshing seeing a leftist streamer paid for his labor, he's used his platform to raise huge money ( over 1 million raised for Palestinians and 1 million raised for Turkish earth quake victims ) conservatives only don't like him because a rich guy saying tax the rich makes them feel scared
