A little disappointed with the way things are going with coinbase libs. TL/DR if you are "lucky" like me and you don't live in your country of citizenship and you have local documents in the process of renewal, you won't be able to make a coinbase account -> get on the coinbase developer platform -> obtain an RPC URL.

It's okay now, thank you. I was just a little confused when I couldn't log into the portal or confirm my identity. But after another attempt I finally managed to log in without confirmed docs. I still don't understand why it worked now or why it didn't work before, but if it works - there's no reason to be alarmed :)
