Does anybody say Saran Wrap in Australia? Is it completely unknown or just a weird way to say it

glad wrap is the common brand bc it works, so it all gets called glad wrap lol

I feel like saran might be something my grandma would say :P 

but yeah I've noticed this as well, impeccable branding ig. ppl here don't call tissue anything but tissue fwiw

Idk if it’s just me or where I’m from but Glad is more trash bag associated here. And Saran isn’t even associated as a brand it’s just what it is, like in a lot of place people say Kleenex to mean any tissue or on the south people say a coke to mean a soda
