Reply bumping is key also because for whatever reason some people think that quoting is aggressive (not sure where this came from on FC as opposed to Twitter or anything else?) I quote just because I’m making a separate point but referencing an original tweet for context. If these came up as replies I might be more inclined to do that

Replies do show, it's weighted by likes. If you make a comment @ someone and they ignore it, others will still see it. If they interact it becomes impossible to ignore

Not sure what you mean. If I reply to a cast and my follower doesn’t follow the OP, they’ll still see my cast in their following tab?

Not in their following tab but if they click the cast they will see it among the other comments So if people are liking the comment, more will see it, OP can't ignore or if they do it makes it even spicier

Oh maybe I mean something different by reply bumping. I meant that replies show to your followers, not just casts and quote casts
