a programmed flow launches the tokens, which is not a valid legal argument i don't think, granted i haven't specialized in it-- filtering out the reason to launch doesn't mean anything at all. the risk/reward for clanker is actually building a solution that makes the company resilient in the face of crackdown, which is not something you can do when it's occurring, but you can prepare for ahead of time

4 years is long enough for a team to push a product, get funding and exit all with clean hands not sure if u know, but pretty much no one gets in trouble for crypto stuff. ppl like zhu and do kwon are edge case because they lived in the limelight aint no lawmakers gonna come after a launcher, not now after presidents launching their own coins especially the AI wrapper is for retail

yeah that's probably true too. i mostly think of i.e. shapeshift but that's not even really a failure in the end depending how you look at it
