isn't it a state by state issue? also this happened 6+ months after Trump left office and is only 1 of 2 cases that were sought out by the publisher, of which are yet to be officially examined

i think the brag was about making things happen, really don't think his intentions were for abortions to be banned besides he's probably had to rely on them himself many times sorry for jumping on your post, but i see purposefully inflammatory content like this and i find it hard to scroll past realistically new laws need to be put in place or the constitution changed to add it
