too early to tell, but i think this move by @farcade incenvitizes the wrong behavior. leagues appear to reward quantity over quality play. 

the actual cutline to be 'promoted' or 'demoted' in a league is so low that this becomes incredibly easy to farm. 

grind fast games to get ahead v. be good at quality games. 

that said, the team is constantly iterating and 99% of their moves are improvements to the eco, so taking a wait & see approach here.

this assumption is mostly panning out. 

in order to stay on top you now have to grind *hard* in the @farcade. 33k is an obscene amount of points to acquire in one day 😰

i can’t compete with farmers and other folks who have unlimited time to spend gaming so i’m likely gonna hand my phone to the nieces and nephews to keep up with promotions and continue to play the games i like when i have time.
