hmm those regs are specifically limited to 1) digital tokens; 2) digital token services which are specifically defined in FSMA act. 

Mainly for exchanges, custodians, maybe wallets.

These regs show that SG is feeling the pressure of the money laundering crackdown

Although I do believe gov’t will do what they can to protect traditional fronts and orgs specifically looking to evade taxes I don’t think it will last forever
