how do i change a farcaster account user name? mainly for @nanograph , can only be done through api? or get an ens name?

Check out the fname transfers api https://docs.farcaster.xyz/reference/fname/api Transfer the old username to fid 0 to unregister it and then register a new username and submit a userdata message using a signer (aka app key)
