Mentorship is underrated, can come from multiple sources, and in most cases, should be mandated. Everyone has wisdom to pass on, and we can all progress further if more people take time to help others on their respective paths.

Hard to scale. Just write & share thoughts is much scalable, ppl can pick others wisdoms up that way.
