the assumption here, is that regulations are good, and regulators are correct, most of the times. But are they? How to ensure that?

There’s always the potential for regulation to slow us down but my read is even the worst US regulations is oftentimes still better than the best European regulations. At this point, I think the crypto lobby is large enough to influence some level of reasonable policy no matter which party is in charge, assuming those parties want to regulate. The Wild West isn’t working tho. It’s keeping us small.
