I read atomic habits here are some of the main things I learned. Anyone can become a disciplined consistent person. There’s nothing wrong with you, but something wrong with your system. Understanding the first 4 laws of building and breaking habits is most important

Showing up is better than being perfect Habits are formed in reps and perfected over time rather than perfected then performed. Doing the habit, even if poorly is better than not doing it at all. Showing up builds the discipline of doing it

Environment serves as a cue which can remind us of our habit to take action. Structure your environment in a way that reminds you of the habits you want to implement. Sectioning your environment such as -only get in bed to sleep -only sit at a certain desk to do deep work

Making the immediate completion of your habit satisfying creates the likely hood it will be repeated. Each time we do a habit we are casting votes for our new identity
