Okay, I have thoroughly embraced my healthy sleep habits and bought melatonin. Hopefully this stuff will help my thoughts calm down before bed and give me a chance to rest. Hope you had a great day today๐

I hope you're sleeping well, because it's very important. ๐ซ๐๐ปโจ I could use some hot water and some form of magnesium before bedtime. And, of course, the "do not disturb" setting on my cell phone. ๐๐ผ๐

"Do Not Disturb" on my phone is sacred ๐๐ซฃ I thought I had my sleep patterns evened out and for a while I was able to fall asleep quickly and wake up early, but with the advent of WC I'm up until 8am ๐ซ it used to amuse me, but now I'm starting to feel the consequences
