Decentralizing channels update

1. Phase 1 goes live Thursday morning Pacific time (May 23).

2. All channels will start in unmoderated / Priority mode.

3. Will be easy to add a moderator on mobile and web.

hah, cool. i'm also talking to people about how we can gamify content moderation in a way that disadvantages influencer/ VIP types and advantages low SCV/ non-PB types, all the while filtering out sybils and low-effort, highly organized farming types.
