a silver lining.. 
After I have spent almost a decade having my unignorable talent devalued, & ridiculed while watching mediocrity being praised

it has allowed me to develop an internal validation system & high self concept that I built brick-by-brick.

it has helped me learn how to read social cues, I can sift through genuine criticism & racially motivated insults thrown at me by insecure tasteless idiots who want to “humble” me.

but most importantly, it has motivated me to have the willpower to be the BEST at whatever I do.

and btw,

I personally really liked the message behind Melania’s “Be Best” campaign.

everyone was really judgy and mean about it but why tf would you not want kids to Be Best ?
