Yes really! It’s about winning the popular vote in the state. The voting rate in PA is higher (at 71%) than in Philadelphia (66%) but Philadelphia has 1.1 million voters, 11% of Pennsylvania’s 10 million voters. Biden won PA by 81,000 votes in 2020. So Philly can swing PA and the entire national election. 22% of Philly voters live in poverty, that’s 354,120 and they are kept in poverty, manipulated by longstanding poverty pimps like city county President Darrell Clark and councilman Kenyatta Johnson. An estimated 50,000 illegal immigrants reside in Philadelphia. It’s a partisan town with complete control over the voting apparatus and no qualms about cheating.
