Using yesterday’s term, when a UX feels like a "benevolent dictator," it makes me nauseous and disgusted. Here’s a clear example: Unlock a reward by checking 100,000 connection points (ok maybe only 5) providing my entire “decentralized” user experience plus my email, so you can potentially reward me for my engagement. You got me OUT the door ✌🏽
