thought experiment: 

if tomorrow, nouns suddenly removed treasury governance and instead chose a core team solely tasked with using the funds to grow the brand, would avg noun price over the next 30 days:

1. decrease
2. increase
3. stay the same

3, mostly just because I'm not convinced prices on NFTs like this are based on anything rational 😅 (not a knock on Nouns, I think NounsDAO is the best atm)

I do think it would ultimately lead to a lesser result than with governance, but not in 30 days
