Taking the time to say what we are thankful for is a great practice. It’s creating good mood, reduce fears, negative thoughts and anxiety,
And it’s also FUN! 
Doesn’t have to be big things
I’ll start:
1 - had a great sandwich for dinner
2 - my daughter told me how she and her tween brother help each other when they are sad 
3 - started working on a new artwork today
