Did you make your own Spanish rice ? I haven’t made it in ages would love a good recipe

I keep it simple for the kids. But its easy enough. for 1 cup of rice I usually do 2 broth and 1 cup of tomato sauce. Ill throw in some minced garlic and onion powder or green onions, salt, pepper. But you can play with it. Put some diced tomatoes maybe some green chili.... second post below lol

I heat the pan for a bit. Put some oil then cook the dry rice for a minute or so while I add everything except the liquid. then from there just cook according to rice recipe. Usually 20 mins covered simmered
