Why isn't there a better cross chain memecoin index "fund" onchain?

im not fully convinced of that yet because people suck at expressing what they want. its not a index they want, its a way to buy into *everything* in X category and the tech/product experience is not the limiting factor in that.

its selling the outcome. so maybe not "marketing" but something narrative driven.
