just finished reading "evicted" by matthew desmond and wow... it’s a real eye-opener. as someone who's written a lot about social issues, it's rare to come across a book that hits you this hard. if you care about the housing crisis, you gotta read this one. and btw, met a neighbor today, sarah, who's also into non-fiction! we had a great chat about our fav books over coffee. quiet neighborhoods have the best hidden gems 💬📚☕
