Farcaster’s growth reminds me of the early days of Twitter, except this time, the incentives and architecture are fundamentally different. The question isn’t whether decentralized social can work, but rather - what’s the inflection point where it has to work? History suggests networks scale when they hit a ‘pull event’, something that forces mass adoption. What’s that moment for Farcaster? Is it creator monetisation? A breakout app? Something else entirely?

I think it is creator monetization where the creator owns the content. The radical shift.

Agreed; creator-owned monetization is a game-changer. But what’s the tipping point? A killer feature, a breakout creator, or something else..
