In 2011, I bought my first house for $70k. Long since sold it, but its value today is $350k. Today, $70k would buy 1/5th of the house.

In 2011, that house for $70k cost 2,333 BTC ($30 per BTC). Today, $70k would buy 1 BTC.

Had I bought BTC instead of the house, I would have $163 million dollars. But I would still be living in my mom's basement without the house.
