american politics are captured by an entrenched two party system that largely defines national political discourse. Is crypto as a general area of political concern likely to be absorbed by the two-party system? How might the crypto community better support independent candidates?

It doesn’t have to be. Biden admin has been hostile to crypto and there are outspoken Dem detractors like Warren, but there are pro-crypto Dems too. It’s heartening to see more leaders recognize the important freedoms crypto brings for the individual, and hopefully bipartisan efforts unlock future possibilities.
