What should we do with this channel? The vibe I've always wanted but never put the time in to cultivate was "this is our studio" and then everyone in the channel would post creative things they were working on.

How about you  make it a channel where everyone can come to brainstorm about ideas and share theirs too. 
Some of us on here actually very  interesting ideas/concepts. But then I think it will give room for idea stealing. 

It’ll feel more like a channel for Creatives either way.
