Oh man, we're living in opposite worlds right now haha, all the props to you with the craziness! When is the baby due again? And is your daughter excited to have a baby coming soon? On my end I'm just enjoying the off time still, in the trenches of SOL and Base trying to grow the portfolio as we get deeper into the bull!

Baby due in February but my wife is on one with the preparing so I’m trying to be as much help as possible 😄 Ember is SO excited!! Nice dude found any gems? I dabble a bit on SOL also!!

Hahaha, better to be prepared early than scrambling late!! 🤣 😂 Love to hear that Ember is excited, the flipside is never good! You know how the trenches go, I've been a part of some massive runnres but sold too early, got into a bunch of rugs, all that fun stuff lol. Tbh I avoided the SOL trenches until about 12 days ago, so I'm pretty new in that space, I'm confident I'll get into a big runner and hold SOME of my bag for it eventually lol.
