This is a very nice project, clean UI and the idea really resonated with me. (Taking ownership and freedom). 

The registration process was very fast, the only issue was with the expiration of invite token. I checked through the comment and used one.

I noticed that there is inconsistency with the navigation bar, some pages have the button that enables users to toggle theme and some don't. It will be nice to make it available on all pages. 

Also, I prefer dark theme and that is what I use for my device. It will be nice to sync the initial theme with the users preference based on what they are currently using on their device.
